I'm happy with how strict with the tenant the end of lease turnover by Infinity Realty if Eva Marzan Landais is. Second picture shows several pages pictures of turnover at start of lease and itemized inventory list which is compared with return of unit. Her broker did a thorough job checking everything including all keys in the doors, condition of appliances, lights, scratches, remotes controls & even cabinet lights and contents. Highly recommended. Many brokers disappear after receiving their commissions. Infinity takes care of both beginning and ending. As strict as a strict owner and fully documented.
